  • How do I manage my subscription? — Go to Settings > Subscription to view your current plan, switch between monthly ($4.99/mo) and yearly ($29.99/yr), or restore purchases.
  • How do I cancel my subscription? — Cancel through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Your premium access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • How do I request a refund? — Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform. Contact their support or email us and we'll guide you through the process.

Technical Issues

Crashes, sync problems, wearable connectivity, and language settings.

  • My data isn't syncing — Check your internet connection and ensure cloud sync is enabled in Settings. Try pulling down to refresh on the main screen.
  • Wearable device won't connect — Ensure your health app (Apple Health or Google Fit) has granted ManifestedMe permission to read data. Reconnect the wearable in Settings > Integrations.
  • How do I change the app language? — ManifestedMe supports 25 languages. The app automatically detects your device language. You can also change it manually in Settings > Language. On iOS 13+ and Android 13+, you can set per-app language preferences in your device settings.

Privacy & Data

Data export, account deletion, AI consent, and health data management.

  • How do I delete my account? — Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
  • How do I manage AI consent? — Go to Settings > Privacy > AI Processing to enable or disable AI-powered features individually (dream analysis, mood predictions, shadow pattern analysis, weekly prophecy). Disabling AI does not affect core app features.
  • How do I manage health data? — Go to Settings > Integrations to connect or disconnect health platforms (Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit). Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Health Data to remove previously synced data.
  • Is my data shared with third parties? — We never sell your personal data. We only share anonymized analytics with service providers necessary to operate the app. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
